Thank you for purchasing Vocas products. You are now the owner of a high quality product, designed and produced in Holland. When, despite our quality checks, problems occur you will have a great team available to solve your issue.
Vocas guarantees each mechanical accessory regarding defects in workmanship and materials for two (2)years. The warranty of demo products is limited to one (1) year. Vocas will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product.
The warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer. The warranty is valid only when upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice indicating the date of purchase, point of purchase and item code of the Vocas product(s).
Vocas reserves the right to refuse warranty if requested information is missing, has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product. The Vocas warranty applies only to original owners and is not transferable.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly or neglect, cosmetic details which do not limit functionality or installation of parts or accessories. Modification of the Vocas product(s) or components or any repair attempt by anyone other than Vocas, its dealers or distributors or without Vocas instructions, or other causes beyond the control of Vocas shall void this warranty. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions.
Vocas is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Claims within the warranty period can be made directly to your point of purchase in your country or to Vocas. Please notify Vocas or your point of purchase of details of the issue. It is most helpful if you can provide us with visual support like images or videos of the defect of the product(s) by email. This accelerates the process and can save you the effort of returning the goods for inspection.
To help you most efficiently please add the original invoice with date of purchase, point of purchase and item code of the Vocas product(s)to your mail or keep it at hand.
In most cases, we are able to provide the spare part(s) to help you resolve the issue without sending the product(s) in for repair. If the identified issue is covered under our Warranty and it is determined that spare part(s) will fix the problem, we will happily send you the part(s) without any additional costs.
Vocas reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with non-warranty conditions.
If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged within 5 working business days and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked. The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility.
If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty do not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
We are unable to guarantee an exact colour match due to the nature of our products. The manufacturing process and materials used in production can influence the surface finish, for this reason each product may vary. This is not a manufacturing fault. This does not affect the performance or guarantee of the product.
This warranty does not affect the consumers' statutory rights nor the consumers' rights against the dealer related to their purchase/sales agreement.
Vocas reserves the right to make changes or improvements in any product without incurring any obligation to similarly alter products previously purchased.
