About MFC-6 system
The Vocas MFC-6 studio follow focus has a very big advantage to comparable products, a self-adjusting drive arm!
A high quality follow focus still deliver poor results because of an improper calibration. With the new Vocas self-adjusting drive arm this problem belongs to the past!
The drive arm connects the follow focus to the lens. The self-adjusting drive arm has a 1:2 transmission ratio. By simply pulling the drive arm backwards and then releasing it, the drive arm will return to the lens and exert the correct pressure on the lens. Lock it and use it, it’s that simple!
The Vocas MFC-6 studio follow focus has the same modular design as the MFC-2 system. This means that you can interchange accessories like the different knobs and the drive gears between the MFC-6 and the MFC-2 systems!
