This cheeseplate is specifically designed for the Sony PMW-F5/55 and is slightly raised from the camera so it does not interfere with the camera cooling. To this cheeseplate, both the original Sony or the Vocas top handgrip can be mounted. The cheeseplate offers multiple 1/4'' and 3/8'' thread holes to mount all kind of different accessories. The cheeseplate is required when using the viewfinder cable protector / side cheese plate for Sony PMW-F5/55 (0350-1310).
