Sony PMW-EX1

 

General comments:

-Please notice that due to the construction of the camcorder with the LCD under the built in microphone, the filtertrays have to go into the mattebox from the bottom side. For rotation of the filter tray it is necessary to open the LCD.

-Both the MB-210 and MB-250 work fine together with the Century  tele converter (0HD-16TC-EX1).
-Because of  the tulip shaped front, the Sony wide-angle converter (VCL-EX0877) cannot be used with any 4"X4" mattebox. (Such as the Vocas MB-2XX and MB-3XX.)

Sony PMW-EX1 with clip-on mattebox:

For optimal compact en lightweight operation the Vocas MB-210 or MB-250 mattebox can be used as clip-on mattebox.

-Screw-in adapterring 105mm to M77 (#0250-0144).

consisting of:
-MB-250 mattebox (#0200-0250).

For the Century wide-angle converter (0HD-75CV-EX1) or tele converter (0HD-16TC-EX1) no ring is required.

Care should be taken when using a clip-on mattebox to avoid damage to your equipment. We do not recommend the use of a clip-on mattebox in conjunction with a wide angle converter. Vocas is not responsible for any damage caused to your equipment through the use of a clip-on mattebox.

Sony PMW-EX1 with mattebox on 15mm rail support:

For better support and safety for your camera, we recommend using a 15 mm matte box support.
This support has a flat base and allows the use on all tripods.

For optimal focusing comfort with the Sony PMW-EX1 we have put together the following MFC-1 kit.

Kit "MFC-EX1", Item #0500-2250.
For Sony PMW-EX1.

This kit consists of:
-Manual Focus Controller, MFC-1 Item #0500-0001.
-Drive Gear tooth size M0,8 36 teeth Item #0500-0100.
-Gear ring for Sony PMW-EX1. Item #0500-0250.
