Sony HVR-Z1U / HDR-FX1
 

Please notice that due to the construction of the camcorder with the low built in microphone, the filter trays have to go into the mattebox from the bottom side. 
The rotatable filter tray can be rotated for about 45 degrees, for more rotation it is necessary to use the Aluminum 4"x4" filter frame with short grip (#0310-0011).

Sony HVR-Z1U / HDR-FX1 with clip-on mattebox:

For optimal compact en lightweight operation the Vocas MB-210 or MB-250 mattebox can be used as clip-on mattebox.

For the Century wide-angle converter (0VS-07CV-HDS) no ring is required.
For the Century wide-angle converter (0VS-08CV-72) the 105mm to 90mm. adapter ring Item #0250-0139 is required.
For the Century tele converters (0HD-20TC-HDS and 0VS-16TC-HDS) no ring is required.

Care should be taken when using a clip-on mattebox to avoid damage to your equipment. We do not recommend the use of a clip-on mattebox in conjunction with a wide angle converter. Vocas is not responsible for any damage caused to your equipment through the use of a clip-on mattebox.

Sony HVR-Z1U / HDR-FX1 with 15 mm rail support:

For better support and safety for your camera, we recommend using a 15 mm matte box support.
This support has a flat base and allows the use on all tripods.

For optimal Focusing comfort with the Sony HVR-Z1U/HDR-FX1 we put together the following MFC-1 kit.
